All designs are non-refundable as they’re created uniquely for you! You’ll have 48 hours after delivery to request any tweaks — after that, it’s a £15 redesign fee per change. Don’t worry though, I offer unlimited revisions during the project, so we’ll always get your design perfect before it’s final.

Everything at Sshaydesigns is digital, meaning no physical products are shipped!

When your project’s complete, you’ll receive all your final files straight to your email (or a Google Drive link) — organized, high-quality, and ready to use across print, web, and socials.

If you’d like your designs printed (like business cards or packaging), I can help arrange printing separately — just let me know when we’re wrapping up your project.
